Tracking numbers are emailed within 1–3 business days (U.S. orders) or 2–5 days (international).  

What if my order is delayed?
99% of U.S. orders arrive on time! If your package is delayed beyond 8 weeks, you qualify for a full refund or free reshipment—no questions asked.  

How do I track my U.S. order?

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee*for U.S. customers!  
- Returns: Email us at support@livables.us within 90 days. Include your order number, photos, and issue details.  
Refunds/Reships: Approved in  1–5 business days.  

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes! Contact us at info@livables.us within 3 hours of placing your order. Provide your name and order number. After 3 hours, we cannot modify/cancel orders (they’re already en route to our U.S. warehouse!).
